Job description
Role & Responsibilities
1. General Job Duties:
- Monitor and analysis financial statement - Prepare cash flow forecast - Handle company’s legal and secretary documents as assigned as treasurer
- Review work flow in A/C department and give instruction.
- Credit control, review outstanding balance and approve payments - Review general ledgers and trouble shooting
- Supervision of Accounting Department - Receivables and Payables
- Engage in 3rd party consultants and auditors to fulfill all required audits
- Closing jobs in system
- Training
2. Financial Reporting:
- As a station of Group company, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly reporting and Prepare quarterly reporting.
- Prepare Profit and Loss report.
- Proceed balance confirmation between group companies
3. Budgeting:
- Prepare annual budget
4. Interim and Annual Audit Preparation:
- Coordinate with auditors and proceed audits every six months as mandatory by following group policy and deadlines based on US GAAP and IFRS
5. Income Tax Return:
- Coordinate with CPA and prepare federal and state income tax returns
6. Banking Facilities:
- Renew and manage Line of Credit and Letter of Credit if required.
