Location: Fort Mohave, AZ
Salary: $118,000 – $150,000 per year
Bonus: $20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for a 3-year commitment
Position Type: Full-time, on-site

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Surgery Services to join our healthcare team in Fort Mohave, AZ. This leadership role involves ensuring the highest standards of surgical patient care and managing operations for our state-of-the-art surgical facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care delivery in surgical services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource for the surgical staff and facilitate problem-solving.
- Drive Quality Improvement initiatives and staff education programs.
- Manage continuity of patient care with the skills of an experienced RN.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Arizona RN license or Compact State RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Director of Surgical Services in a critical care hospital.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (American Heart Association).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (American Heart Association).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification.
- Master’s Degree.
- 5 years of leadership experience in Surgical Services or upper management in a critical care hospital.
- Moderate Sedation Certification.
