Salary: $80,000k – $120,000k / year

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise the maintenance department to ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently, responsibly, and safely.
Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, equipment, buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
Lead emergency and break-in work, providing a timely response plan to management.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, particularly with fans, material handling equipment (screw and belt conveyors, bucket elevators, airlocks, pneumatic conveying systems), and 480-volt electrical distribution.
Supervisor experience over a maintenance department.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, process flow, P&IDs, and one-line diagrams.
