About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious medical center, is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics with a strong healthcare background to lead strategic data initiatives, oversee data processes, and support data-driven decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the organization’s data strategies and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align departmental analytics initiatives with overall organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor teams in data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis.
• Oversee analytics requests, prioritize projects, and manage resources effectively.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with healthcare standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Manage analytics tools, platforms, and systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Champion the adoption of analytics tools across the organization and train user groups.
• Deliver executive summaries, updates, and actionable insights to leadership.
• Promote professional development within the team and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise data analytics.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, R, and Python.
• Strong background in the healthcare industry is a must.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
