Location: Gallatin, TN
Salary Range: $112,000 - $130,000 (Negotiable Signing Bonus and Partial Relocation Package)
Travel Requirement: Up to 20%
Job Type: Full-time, In-Person

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Market Case Management Director to lead our case management team across multiple hospitals. This mid-level management position will focus on enhancing patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management for case management operations across hospitals.
  • Formulate and implement operational strategies and initiatives within the case management program.
  • Ensure staff competencies in utilization review, transition/discharge planning, and social work services.
  • Collaborate with hospital executive leadership, nursing, and medical staff to facilitate safe patient care.
  • Update stakeholders on case management strategies, initiatives, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  2. State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
  3. Minimum of four years of management experience in directing a Case Management Department in an acute care hospital.
  4. Working knowledge of Care Management functions, including Joint Commission and Conditions of Participation (COP) requirements.
  5. Good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payment systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) required within 30 days of hire, if not current upon hire.
  2. Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
  3. Certification in Case Management, such as CCM.
