Salary Range: $112,000 - $130,000 (Negotiable Signing Bonus and Partial Relocation Package)
Travel Requirement: Up to 20%

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Market Case Management Director to lead our case management team across multiple hospitals. This mid-level management position will focus on enhancing patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management for case management operations across hospitals.
- Formulate and implement operational strategies and initiatives within the case management program.
- Ensure staff competencies in utilization review, transition/discharge planning, and social work services.
- Collaborate with hospital executive leadership, nursing, and medical staff to facilitate safe patient care.
- Update stakeholders on case management strategies, initiatives, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
- Minimum of four years of management experience in directing a Case Management Department in an acute care hospital.
- Working knowledge of Care Management functions, including Joint Commission and Conditions of Participation (COP) requirements.
- Good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payment systems.
Nice-to-Haves:
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) required within 30 days of hire, if not current upon hire.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
- Certification in Case Management, such as CCM.
