Are you a seasoned dialysis RN with leadership experience? We're looking for a dynamic Renal Nurse Supervisor to join a renowned healthcare facility in South Burlington, Vermont!

About the Role: As a Renal Nurse Supervisor, you will:

• Support the Nurse Manager and Director of Renal Services in managing outpatient dialysis clinics.
• Provide daily leadership to clinical staff, ensuring optimal staffing, team building, and professional relationships.
• Oversee resource allocation, monitor adherence to processes, and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Facilitate staff orientation and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Maintain clinical skills by providing direct patient care as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must-Haves:

  • Leadership experience in a dialysis unit (e.g., Facility Administrator, Nurse Manager).
  • 2+ years of recent experience as a dialysis RN.
  • Active Vermont nursing license or willingness to obtain.
  • Proven people management experience (recruiting, hiring, training, performance management).

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience with dialysis unit surveys.
  • Background in quality improvement initiatives.
