Salary: $76,500 – $154,000 / yr

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lease Pricing Specialist II to provide analytical support for structured asset-finance transactions. You will evaluate transaction economics, prepare pricing analyses, and coordinate with internal teams to finalize client pricing. This role requires independent work with a focus on optimizing lease structures while integrating financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze transaction economics and pricing for various leasing options.
  • Develop cash flow optimization models and provide structuring solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Credit, Risk, Finance, and Tax.
  • Prepare presentation materials and documentation for client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cash flow analysis or financial modeling in leasing or structured finance.
  • Strong expertise in Excel and analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of leasing products, tax, and accounting regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
