Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAS Analyst/Developer with Python to join our team in one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in SAS development, Python programming, and advanced data analytics. You will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions and supporting analytical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAS programs to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Leverage Python to build and automate data workflows, analytics, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and integration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize existing processes and identify areas for improvement in analytics and reporting.
- Document solutions, processes, and methodologies for consistency and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SAS programming and analytics.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
- Experience in data integration, transformation, and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
