Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (Platform) to lead the development, scaling, and continuous improvement of our platform products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to create platform solutions that meet both technical and user needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in platform technologies, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-impact, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for platform-related features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Develop a long-term product roadmap for platform products that supports scalability, performance, and user engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver features that enhance the platform’s capabilities. Ensure seamless integration across various systems and services within the platform ecosystem.
  • Technical Leadership: Leverage your technical expertise to make informed decisions on platform architecture and design. Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related technical discussions and ensure that product decisions are grounded in sound technical principles.
  • User-Centric Focus: Work closely with user research teams, customer success, and other stakeholders to understand user pain points, gather feedback, and prioritize product features that improve user experience on the platform.
  • Feature Prioritization: Own the backlog for platform-related features, prioritize work based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical constraints, ensuring efficient and impactful development cycles.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform product success. Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions and iteratively improve the platform.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on market trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure that our platform remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role with a strong focus on platform-based products.
  • Experience with building and scaling platform products, services, and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, architecture, and technical concepts, including cloud computing, APIs, microservices, and integration strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to develop and launch complex technical products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on long-term product vision and strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or enterprise integrations.
  • Previous experience in building API-first or developer-centric platforms.
