Job Title: A-Shift Master Electrician
Location: Columbus Junction, IA
Salary: $52.55 per hour

Job Summary:
The Master Electrician will perform troubleshooting and repairs across electrical functions, providing technical support for operations. The role requires expertise in electrical controls, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes, including handling electrical control panels, transformers, power distribution systems, and motor control devices. A strong commitment to safety, food quality, and compliance is essential.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in electronic technology preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Controls.
  • Skills: Proficient in Windows software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAP Plant Maintenance; strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Certification: Valid electrician’s license as per state regulations.

Preferred Skills: Experience with PLC systems, electrical safety protocols, and microcomputer operation. Knowledge of industrial control systems, AC/DC circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is a plus.
