Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator to join our team in Peachtree City, GA. This position plays a crucial role in our organization's growth by contributing to the production of high-quality folded cartons. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in die cutting within the folding carton industry and the capability to work with advanced die cutting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot die cutting machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to customer specifications.
• Prepare the Die Cutter by adjusting the die and register for pressure and cutting to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Oversee make-ready tasks to maximize productivity and precision, including adjusting for defects and resolving issues during the production process.
• Maintain speed and quality while making adjustments, clearing jams, and ensuring efficient make-ready, unloading, and loading.
• Review finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and ISO standards.
• Adhere to OHSE policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in die cutting within the folding carton industry.
• Experience with die cutters that have blanking capability.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in the food/confectionary folding carton industry.
• Ability to re-knife dies.
• Proficiency in offline make-ready tasks such as EZ Press and Pinsetters.
