Salary Range: USD $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Ottumwa, IA. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver effective care and support the goals of the rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist them in their recovery. Instruct patients' families and nursing staff on follow-through programs to build on progress.
• Documentation: Communicate patient progress or issues to the supervisor and team members. Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment and work areas are kept clean and safe.
• Marketing and Training: Present to support marketing efforts, participate in team conferences and in-services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in Iowa.
• Experience: Inpatient rehab experience preferred. Open to new graduates.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
