Salary: $100,000 - $109,999 per year

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in Federal/DoD contracting. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our organization's business portfolio by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth. This role is part of a highly collaborative and supportive team and reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in Federal and DoD contracting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the capture process.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop proposals and secure contracts.
- Meet quarterly performance targets to qualify for bonus compensation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Capture Manager in Federal/DoD contracting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Must be able to commute to San Antonio, TX or Frederick, MD (hybrid).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with 8(a) Federal contracting methods.
- Knowledge of Shipley proposal processes.
