Salary: $162,900 – $239,500/year

About the Role
As a Managerial Consultant V, you will support the Senior Vice President of Government Programs in aligning strategic objectives with execution plans. Your focus will be on Medicare strategy and initiatives, helping shape how healthcare is delivered to a rapidly growing population of older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving the alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement projects across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and refine business strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct data analysis, assess performance metrics, and recommend innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Create and present executive-level reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or 11+ years of directly related experience.
Experience:
- In-depth expertise in Medicare and/or Medicaid.
- Demonstrated success in strategy development and execution at a high level.
- Strong background in consulting, project management, and executive support.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Adept at managing ambiguity and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build stakeholder alignment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Familiarity with Chief of Staff or similar roles.
- Experience working with senior executives in high-pressure settings.
