You'll also handle incident, change, and request management using tools like METIS and JIRA, while maintaining ITIL processes.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Red Hat Satellite for patching.
Ansible knowledge for playbook/script execution.
Centrify expertise for authentication via Windows AD.
