Position: Market Director - Marketing & Communications
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10k
Travel Required: Up to 20%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies.
  • Manage advertising, public relations, and community engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate with corporate and local teams to align brand messaging.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  • Experience in strategy development, digital media, and community events.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in healthcare marketing within an acute care facility.
