Salary Range: $111,000 - $150,000 (Negotiable Signing Bonus and Partial Relocation Package)
Travel Requirement: Up to 40%

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Market Director of Ambulatory & Physician Services to lead the operations of our clinics and ensure optimal performance and growth. This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, focused on enhancing clinic operations and achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the effective operation and growth of designated clinics, including financial reviews and revenue cycle analysis.
- Collaborate with providers in regular meetings to address operational needs and improve communication.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with all providers to discuss performance and strategy.
- Develop and monitor clinic budgets, assessing historical performance and setting future goals.
- Oversee clinic administrators, providing guidance and support in performance management and talent development.
- Drive clinic growth initiatives and manage support staff, handling HR-related matters as needed.
- Ensure efficient practices to minimize investment and enhance revenue capture.
- Implement market strategies to attract new patients and improve overall clinic performance.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of 7 years in physician practice management or a similar healthcare setting, with specific leadership experience.
- Strong business mathematical skills, advanced computer proficiency, and excellent project planning and organization abilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is a plus.
Interview Process:
- Initial screening interview with the market recruiter.
- Microsoft TEAMS/phone interview with the hiring manager, possibly followed by an on-site interview.
- Discussion of compensation and tentative start date with the market recruiter, pending hiring manager approval.
