Salary Range: $100K - $165K

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Campaign Technical Lead/Architect to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing Adobe Experience Platform and Campaign solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
- Customer-Centric: Focus on enhancing customer experiences through technology.
- Technical Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience as an architect for Adobe Campaign v6/v7/Standard.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign.
- 3+ years of integration experience using API/Batch/FDA.
- 2+ years of SQL experience (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
- 2+ years of programming experience (JavaScript/Java/VB/C#/PHP).
- Experience with Interaction Server and Message Center.
- Understanding of marketing operations and email deliverability.
- 1-2 years of experience with other Adobe Experience products (Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, RTCDP).
Good to Have:
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Platform and MarTech tools.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Exposure to additional marketing platforms (Marketo, UNICA, Aprimo, ELOQUA).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, JS, JQuery) and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and third-party integrations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign (ACC).
- Lead integration of marketing technologies with enterprise systems (e.g., Snowflake, SAS Marketing Automation).
- Manage and mentor a team of MarTech specialists, developers, and analysts.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer journeys and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization of bulk campaigns.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
