As a Java Technical Lead, you'll provide technical guidance and mentorship to a development team, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing technical solutions, leading end-to-end application development, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements. You'll also drive design sessions, mentor team members, and communicate project status updates to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • More than 10 years of software development experience, with expertise in integration technologies and backend development.
  • Strong knowledge of integration concepts and SQL.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like React Native / JS.
  • Ability to drive design sessions and actively participate in business requirements discussions.
  • Experience mentoring and leading a team, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience designing APIs and implementing RAML.
  • Certification in MuleSoft development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multiple commercial integration systems (e.g., Tibco, Biztalk, IBM, OIC).
  • Knowledge of Change & Incident Management processes.
