- Plan, conduct, and coordinate various engineering development activities
- Prepare reports and related documents in accordance with internal & external requirements
- Develop and maintain transformer mechanical design manuals, standard Bill of Material structures, and drawing standards
- Demonstrated knowledge in preparing electrical and control schematics
- Generate, review and approve purchase specifications for external equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, converters, harmonic filters
- Develop the relevant engineering deliverables, such as drawings, bill of material, electrical diagrams, application software, equipment purchase specifications, test procedures, technical descriptions and instructions
- Working knowledge to develop and generate control software using PLC based automation equipment for grid connected power conversion systems
- Work closely with the hardware designer to optimize the power delivery network
- Work closely with silicon design team and bring-up lead for the power measurement, characterization, debug and analysis
