Position Type: Junior Level
Salary Range: $54,000 - $69,000
Signing Bonus: $12,000 (for a 3-year commitment)
Job Overview:
Join our team as a Certified Surgical Tech for Open Heart procedures. This role is essential in facilitating safe and efficient surgical operations while supporting the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and RNs during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
Qualifications:
- Surgical Tech certification required within 6 months of hire
- BLS certification required upon hire
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a general operating room setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Surgical Tech Certification
- Open heart experience (training available)
Additional Information:
- Travel not required

- In-person attendance required
