Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with Top Secret Clearance and full scope polygraph for an onsite role in Fairfax, VA. This position requires a deep understanding and extensive experience with Avaya systems and technologies. The successful candidate will develop testing strategies, collaborate with cross-service teams, and support global deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Avaya Expertise: Develop and implement testing strategies related to Avaya architecture, design, and implementation.
- Customer Interaction: Provide direct support to customers, ensuring high-quality service and addressing technical issues.
- Technical Guidance: Offer technical advice on operations and maintenance of voice networks, including patching and upgrading Avaya products.
- Voice Network Management: Monitor and manage voice call traffic, migrate call flows, and handle server management.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain documentation for communication management, train newer engineers, and provide administrative support.
Must-Haves:
- Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph
- Located within a commutable distance from Fairfax, VA
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a related field
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Avaya’s product portfolio, including Communication Manager, Session Manager, and SIP
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
