Position Overview:

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as an advisor to front-line managers, enhancing people strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. The HRBP will deliver strategic and tactical HR support, ensuring client groups operate in accordance with the organization’s strategic plan and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and programs that align with organizational financial and talent goals.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives.
  • Manage employee-related investigations and support conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, physicians, and patients.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Union experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a stressful environment.
  • Critical thinking and decisive judgment capabilities.
