Job Title: 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Salary: $26.39 – $35.30/hr

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and read blueprints, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various plant equipment, including scales, mixers, cookers, slicers, and conveyors.
• Utilize root cause analysis to address equipment/system failures.
• Fabricate and weld various metals as needed (preferred).
• Adhere to safety protocols, including lock-out tag-out (LOTO) and other safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience working in wet, humid, and temperature-controlled environments.
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Previous employees of this company must wait 180 days before reapplying.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated area (ambient temperature of 40°F).
• Stand or walk on hard floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
