Job Requirements
This is a contract position for a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager, Automation Project in Louisville, KY. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of automation projects, managing the implementation of robotics, AS/RS, picking and software systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and provide technical expertise and support.

Work Experience
Qualifications and Skills
•Bachelor’s degree graduate
•Minimum: 3 years of experience in installation and commissioning of automation projects.
•Experience in industry of (Fixed & Flexible) Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, 3PL – must

• Strong background in Electrical installation and Automation
• Experience in Project Management and Process Automation
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a must
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in the intralogistics or robotics industry is a plus
• Familiar with CAD to read drawings (Eplan, AutoCAD) and understand
• Advanced English verbal, written, and communication skills
