Position: Nurse Manager
Location: Richlands, VA
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
Signing Bonus: Yes
Relocation Package: Partial
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff performance and patient care activities for assigned units.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and support unit-specific marketing and education.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Current Virginia RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring).
- 5 years of experience in Obstetrics, Labor/Delivery, and Nursery care; supervisory experience preferred.
- BSN strongly preferred.
