Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, setting work schedules and priorities to meet facility needs.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of plant utilities, including refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and other mechanical systems.
- Conduct in-depth safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing team members.
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize CMMS/SAP systems for data entry, work management, and reporting.
- Address and resolve major maintenance needs and mechanical issues promptly to maintain production flow.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of plant utilities and preventive maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in mechanical systems, including Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration, HVAC systems, and utility systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Experience with safety regulations and compliance, including OSHA and EPA.
- Proficiency in CMMS/SAP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, inventory management, and organizational skills.
- Master Mechanic Certification and Hazmat Certification preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Salary:
- Minimum: $57,324.00 TO Maximum: $63,939.00 per/ANNUM
