Location: Carrollton, GA 30119
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
Relocation Package: Partial (Negotiable)
Travel Required: Up to 20% domestic and 25% international

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Commission & Field Service Specialist III to join our team. This hands-on role involves the installation, commissioning, and startup of SCR projects for copper and aluminum rod mills. You’ll use your industrial equipment expertise to guide installation, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in our processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, field experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide customer installation of SCR systems, ensuring successful commissioning and start-up.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot industrial subsystems including pumps, motors, and valves.
  • Identify and implement improvements for processes and equipment through hands-on problem-solving.
  • Conduct periodic service audits, vibration analysis, and PM programs for customers.
  • Create and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) documentation for SCR equipment.
  • Train customers and employees on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Document customer interactions, process audits, and troubleshooting steps during service visits.
  • Produce and analyze reports with recommendations to enhance system performance.
  • Travel internationally for service visits and installations (up to 25%).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR 15+ years of industrial equipment installation and maintenance management experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and OEM manuals.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in industrial equipment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or willingness to learn.
  • Proven track record of completing projects successfully.
